On behalf of myself and the members of C Shift, at the Caltex Refinery, I wish to thank you for your assistance with planning our 2007 Christmas party at the Chalk Hotel.

Everyone that I've spoken with this morning enjoyed a great night and were very impressed with the facilities provided by the Chalk.

The information and advice that you provided were invaluable in planning the evening and I have no-doubt, the party could not have been such a success without your input. Thank you for your excellent email communication and for accommodating the use of our American Express account.

May I please say a big thank-you on be-half of all the staff at Lenard’s for all your help with regards to  our  Xmas in July function for 2007. The food was fabulous, the staff were brilliant and we all had a fantastic  time. A special thanks to the bar staff that ensured we were served promptly and made special  note of the VIP drinks. The cocktail on arrival was a real hit too and all proceedings on the night went exceptionally well. Once again, thank-you and I look forward to talking to you in the near future.

Well it was a really good night last night! There was lots of people and your guys put on a great show! I left about 1am, so I didn't make the end, but it was looking good while we were there.Also the staff working were excellent! They did a great job.Well I can't wait till the next function! Thanks so much again.

What a great event on Friday night! Thank you for making everything happen smoothly.We raised over our target for the Charity so are pretty chuffed with the outcome. Thanks again for a superb night. We look forward to many more at Chalk.

A very big thank you to all concerned who made last night a very successful event. Evolve would like to thank The Chalk Hotel and their team for all their support and effort to ensure the night was a sell out! With your marketing and online advertising we attracted a new crowd who are now aware of the Evolve product. We can all look forward to Evolve Make Up now and to organizing the next Evolve.Once again a very big thank you to all the staff.

Would you please pass on our sincere thanks to Dana and the boys in the bar at Platform 3 on Saturday night. David's 21st was a great success and it was everything he wished for. The staff worked incredibly hard everything was just great. Once again thank you for all your help.
